Mayor of Huntingdon presents “Certificate of Achievement” to the Club.

On 18 August 2006 we were invited to attend the Mayor of Huntingdon’s Reception for Voluntary Groups.

Among the groups in attendance Huntingdon Drama Club was one of those selected to receive a “Certificate of Achievement”, to recognise the efforts of the club and its members.

This was a great way to be recognised and only goes to reinforce what is a growing club, with audiences that are also increasing in numbers with each performance. This success has only been achieved by the commitment of all the members; those on and off stage and those who work hard behind the scenes to boost the strength of the club. All of these people volunteer their time and in many cases this becomes a huge commitment to other things they do.

Well done to all and we look forward to greater success!
